 Aside from our web site, we have a custon home search service called a Gateway.  It comes directly from the FMLS listing service which only real estate agents can use.  It is the most current, up-to-date listing information you can get on the web - even more current than what is on our web site, anyother agent site or commercial site.  If an agent adds alisting to the listing service today and it meets your criteria, you will be notified of that listing via an e0mail sometime before 5 AM tomorrow morning.  No more looking through hundreds of listings tofind the 2 or 3 which meet your criteria and nomore driving through neighborhoods for hours trying tofind something that might suit you.  The information you receive on the properties will include an address and directions to the properties so that you can visit the neighborhoods before scheduling an appointment with one of us to show you the ones you like the best.  There is no charge for this service and no obligation.  All that is required is that you tell us what you arelooking for in a home (size, price, location, style, parking, basement, type of back yard, etc) so that we can enter that information into the system for you to receive the listings on a daily basis.
