The Second Step …
In the home buying process is to find a mortgage banker and be pre-approved for a mortgage loan. You may use any mortgage broker you choose. If you would like a referral, Alan and Nancy will be happy to give you the names and telephone numbers of several lenders our clients have worked with and found to be helpful and competitively priced.

Closing

It’s the fifth step, and we’re starting to jog now …
When the seller accepts your offer, you are “under contract.” You want to make sure every detail is handled accurately and immediately. Final details are handled and inspections are performed to ensure the property is “perfect” for you. Contract details are further negotiated, and we head to closing! Your lender orders an appraisal and the loan commitment is finalized. Alan and Nancy will ensure your home closes properly and on time.

The
Closing
Meeting
|
|
You’re on the “home” stretch in this sixth step!
At the closing meeting, you execute the mortgage documents and the Seller transfers title to your new home. Be sure to bring to closing an “official” bank check, payable to yourself, for the amount discussed with your lender. And, just in case, also bring your checkbook for any minor last-minute adjustments to the closing procedure.

Now
the Home is
YOURS!

The seventh step will be into your new home…
Obtain the keys and move into your new “Home, sweet Home!”
